Declaration of Consent to the Privacy Policy
The protection of personal data and the safeguarding of our clients’ personal and financial information are of utmost importance to us.
We process your information exclusively in accordance with applicable legislation — specifically, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Electronic Commerce Act.
Please review this statement, which explains the key aspects of how we process your personal data (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the Company”).
This Privacy Policy outlines the most important principles regarding the processing of your data on our website, including the periods and legal grounds for collecting, processing, storing, using, deleting, and protecting your personal information — unless you have provided us with explicit consent to do otherwise.
What happens to your data when you contact us?
When you contact us via the contact form on our website or by email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your request and to respond to any follow-up inquiries. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent.
Storage of your data
To streamline the order and purchase process — and to perform our contractual obligations — we store your IP address, as well as your name, address, email address, and payment method details (e.g., credit card number).
We need this data to fulfill our pre-contractual and contractual duties to you. We do not disclose this data to third parties, except to:
the payment processor (e.g., bank, PayPal, ePay, Stripe); and
our accountant.
If an order is not completed, we retain the entered data for 30 days and reserve the right to notify you periodically about its status and your available options.
If an order is completed and we have performed the contract, we store all data relating to the contractual relationship on the legal bases of Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR until the expiry of the 10-year retention period provided under Art. 12 of the Bulgarian Accounting Act.
