At DigitalSoft4U, we strive to provide our customers with excellent support and fair return conditions.
We guarantee a working activation of your purchased software — or your money back!
To ensure customer satisfaction with the products ordered, we offer a 15-day return period.
Please note that digital products can only be refunded if they are invalid or non-functional (i.e., online or phone activation fails), and a refund request must be submitted via email to support@digitalsoft4u.com within 15 days of purchase.

If you contact us for assistance within the first 15 days after your purchase and we are unable to resolve your activation issue, we will issue a FULL REFUND immediately.
All products sold on DigitalSoft4U.com include a 1-year support warranty.
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WHEN:
The product is defective, invalid, or non-functional (online/phone activation fails).
(Defective licenses will be replaced or refunded, depending on the customer’s choice.)
Please note that all licenses sold by DigitalSoft4U.com are valid for one unique computer and cannot be transferred, unless otherwise stated.
RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WHEN:
- The customer changed their mind or placed an order by mistake
(Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not allow returns for this reason.) - The software is not compatible with the customer’s hardware
(Software compatibility is entirely the customer’s responsibility.) - Example 1: Purchasing Windows software for a Mac machine.
- Example 2: Buying a product suitable only for Windows 10, while using Windows 8.
- More than one (1) year has passed since the product was purchased.*
- More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date, exceeding the 30-day activation and warranty period after purchase.
